Job Title – Telemarketing Representative
Job Classification – This position is part-time, permanent and is non-exempt.
General Duties – This person shall report to the Director of Sales and shall perform all associated functions to generate sales leads and to identify sales opportunities.
This person shall work at times as assigned by the Director of Sales.
Specific Responsibilities – Specific tasks delegated to this employee include, but are not limited to:
Account Development – Identify lead sources. Make outbound cold calls in assigned industries and/or territories to introduce Function5 and identify potential customers. Record results of all calls.
Customer Service – Determine purchase habits and requirements. Maintain customer information files. Obtain reference or accounting information as directed. Resolve customer problems. Respond to customer inquiries.
General – Answer incoming phone calls. Prepare general correspondence related to sales/marketing. Maintain call logs for management review. Perform other tasks as directed.
Job Requirements– High School Diploma Required. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and internet portals and search tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Required Physical Skills – This person must be able to type, using a standard keyboard and must be able to use a telephone.
